ππ Please review the product descriptions and photos thoroughly. Payment and order deadlines are included in the descriptions, and the photos provide details such as sizes and specifications. By placing your order, you confirm that you are fully informed and confident about the details of your purchase.
ππ For group orders labeled as "all in," the listed price covers all transaction fees. The only extra charge upon arrival will be the shipping fees from me to you.
ππ For group orders marked as "fees to follow," the listed price reflects only the base price of the item (sometimes including basic fees). Expect to pay additional fees beyond the listed price, which will be due once the group order arrives at our PH address. These extra fees may include international shipping, transaction fees, customs charges, and other miscellaneous costs. We'll provide an estimate of the additional fees, but please manage your expectations, as the final amount depends on the total number of orders in the group. Only place an order if you're comfortable with these potential additional costs.

ππ Please double-check your orders before and after checkout. Order modifications will not be allowed for purchases made through the website, as formal invoices are generated automatically. If you find any mistakes in your order, please place a new one. Order confirmations are automated, and i will not manually reconfirm with you.
ππ I do not accept order cancellations once a group order has been secured, regardless of the reason. Unless the item has not been secured yet a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order will take place. This policy takes effect as soon as you place the order.
ππ Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to acquire your order, either due to our inability to secure it or if the manufacturer/artist/warehouse issues a refund. In cases where the issue is with the manufacturer/artist/warehouse, refunds will only be processed once we receive the refund from them.
ππ For refunds, please note that I can only process them through local Philippine banks and e-wallets. Keep in mind that transaction fees may apply when transferring refunds from GCash or Maya to other banks.
ππ I reserve the right to refuse service to rude potential buyers and terminate transactions with rude and/or irresponsible buyers. Joy reservers and bogus buyers will be publicly listed and blocked.

We assist fellow collectors with purchasing from sellers outside of the Philippines and organize group orders to help reduce fees. We are not directly affiliated with the sellers, so any issues such as seller/manufacturer problems or shipping delays are beyond our control. Again, please do not place an order if you're impatient.
ππ I am not responsible for any manufacturing defects or damages caused by courier mishandling before the items reach our PH address. Please note that actual products may differ from the manufacturer/artist's previews, and these differences will not be considered defects. If you're dissatisfied with the quality, please reach out to the manufacturer directly. Refunds will only be issued if the manufacturer provides one. For replacements, additional charges may apply due to extra international shipping fees.
ππ Once your order arrives at our PH address, I will send an arrival notice via email. Please ensure you're providing an active email during checkout, as I am not responsible for missed arrival notices or any fees resulting from late payments. We also post updates on our Twitter account under #lucystates and mark orders as arrived in our masterlist. Be sure to check these updates, as well as your spam folder, to stay informed about your order's arrival.
ππ Combined shipping is available for orders that arrive at my PH address within 60 days (2 months) of each other. Please fill out our shipping form promptly to claim your order without any issues! Orders will be considered abandoned if the form is not completed within 15 days of the arrival notice and will be put up for resale. Free storage is available until the 45th day of arrival; after that, a storage fee of P10/day will apply from the 45th to the 60th day. If no ship-out request is made within 60 days, the order will be canceled, regardless of any payments already made.
ππ Once the item is marked as "voided", it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of or put up for resale. Please note that we only close group orders after 60 days have passed since their arrival at my address, meaning any orders in the group have already overstayed in storage. Refunds will not be issued. Please be sure to complete the address form promptly and keep track of your orders to avoid this situation.
ππ Please take responsibility for keeping track of your own orders' payment and storage deadlines. As a reminder, we do not issue reminders for these deadlines, so please be mindful of them! Regardless of the reason for missing the deadline, we strictly enforce late payment and storage fees and adhere to our storage limits. I provide 45 days of free storage with an additional 15-day extension, totaling 60 days, which I believe gives you plenty of time to settle your order, even with some allowance for missed initial notices. Please understand that if your order is still unsettled and unclaimed beyond these deadlines, it will be disposed of. I am not a warehouse.
ππ If there is no response from joy miners (executive) within 12 hours, the slot or claimed item will be canceled.
ππ I am not responsible for any issues that occur during the courier or shipping process, including mishandling, damages, missing parts, or faults with the goods.
ππ If the drop-off location is a warehouse, I am unable to provide photo proof of arrival.
ππ Upon arrival at my address, please check your order to ensure it is complete and correct. If there are any issues, I will be allowing you to have a follow up until 7 days after arrival in your address. If no approach after 7 days, the item will marked as complete and okay.
ππ If your item is ready for shipping, please pay the shipping fee before the scheduled shipping date. I do not hold items that are ready for shipping, and failure to claim your item will result in it being put up for sale again.

ππ JOY MINERS/BOGUS BUYERS will receive a warning if payment is not received by the due date. After 3 warnings, they will be blocked. This applies to both GOs and on-hand items.
ππ I am not responsible if the seller turns out to be a scam. I am only facilitating the transaction on your behalf, so refunds are not possible.
ππ Please ensure your details are entered correctly. I am not responsible for any mistakes in the information you provide, which could result in your items being voided. Be a responsible buyer and regularly check your orders.
ππ Once a voided item is put back up for sale and claimed, the original buyer has no rights to claim it once they already saw their items getting sold that day.
